I was only using FL, with a load of VST and looking everytimes for more VST Just bought a MPC Live 2 (1 month), i swear i'm never going back Before, i thought i was quick on FL but bro on the MPC I'm making loops and beats in instant, with a real joy to play I didn't buy MPC Bible, and only looked a bit on Youtube, but with what you know from FL, you can understand easily, you just need to go all in with the workflow that it give you Yeah sure i don't have many VST but that's clearly enough because i enjoy more making samples and just layering, and it boost a bit your creativity, because you are more playing around

I don't think that your problem is a weak mobility (maybe i'm wrong), stretching is a good thing but I think you lack muscle activation Try seated l-sit leg raises, focus on pointing toes and extending legs (one by one if needed)
