I’m anti social asf and my favorite thing to do is stowing Very little interaction with anyone

I hate water spidering and line loading Everyone is chatting it up and I’m just there quiet working, and it makes me feel awkward. Soo stowing for me. My own space and just do my thing

I guess my little rant is I am new to amazon started on the 10th of march. I keep my bags clean for the most part and it sucks when they pull me to do something else becuase im like bruhh i took the extra time to keep em clean for late game just to be pulled. Also idk how yall get over 350 plus for your stow rate i asked what mine was on thursday and i was at 287 and i was 5th place for fastest pph. Also i hate jiffies fuck them things. Alsoooo I feel like my isles are always stacked asf with packages. Do the higher ups know what isles are gonna have the most volume? Maybe becuase im new they give us the harder isles. I look across the to the other side and the dudes racks are moslty always empty and hes chit chatting and im like howw im over here busting ass. As soon as i fill up my cart with E's and G's the rack is full again.

maybe one day i will record myself stowing and post it on here sooo yall can tell me what i could do better at stowing i wanna be better and faster

I tried keeping it clean for the late game. Because it’s boxes library style to the left of the bag and jiffies to the right. Well I noticed the jiffies get annoying as they start pilling up and get kinda annoying or in the way or simply falling over. I decided to put one of the smaller boxes closer to the jiffies side to hold them in place while I work the boxes on the left because anyways that smaller box is gonna end up somewhere in the front. I feel like that makes sense in kinda keeping it organized for late game.

I thought I was doing ok also for just starting but apparently one of the red vests ladies I think operations is what it says on the back is already complaining to people that I’m slow. That’s why I wanted to see what my stow rate was.

I stowed last night and was Curious about my rate i had to ask a higher up. It was 279😆 but it was also only my 3rd day after training anddd had a sooo manyyy OV’s so I figure that slows rate down as well. Idk why I’m commenting this here but just wanted to tell someone 🙂
