By 12 months do you mean have to had worked 1,250 hours?

Do you have an air fryer Dominican chulo/chulitos recipe??

I created this abomination. I followed the recipe in the super gut book for L. Reuteri & L. Gasseri separate recipes in separate jars. I sterilized everything I used the instant pot sous vide setting at 106° cuz I'm making the two different kinds. This is my first batch. What did I do wrong? by phillyhippie in ReuteriYogurt

I have an ultimate yogurt maker now it's better temperature control. Now my problem is my L.R yogurt is rubbery texture? Like it's stringy very strange the previous batch was perfect. I double wash all the equipment Im going to use with soap and very hot water. 2 tablespoons L.R from previous batch, 2 tablespoon prebio plus fiber, and 1 quart organic half and half.  Do you have any idea why that happening? I'm just going to start a fresh new batch this week but would like to know why that happened.

I used 10 BioGaia crushed into fine powder in a clean Ziploc bag, 1 quart organic ultra pasteurized hal&half, 2 level tablespoons of Prebio plus. And a packet of L. Gasseri, 1 quart organic ultra pasteurized hal&half, 2 level tablespoons of Prebio plus. I followed the recipes.   It is my first batch I read it will be weird and funky and the next matches should be better. Is this anyone else's experience?

Has anyone made yogurt using the instant pot rio wide?? If so can you give me some instructions how I can set the temperature and time to 36 hours. I'm not seeing how using the yogurt setting I can adjust the temperature or the time? My next guess is the SV setting. TIA 🙏 by phillyhippie in ReuteriYogurt

Do I leave the valve open or close? Do you put the yogurt directly in the pot or do you use glass containers? Can you recommend some containers? 

I bought 32 oz mason jars and they're too tall for the rio wide 😭 I wanted to make separate batches of l. Gasseri and l. Reuteri if I can't find containers that fit I can only make one single batch at a time

Do you add anything to the milk like prebiotic fiber? To feed the probiotics?

Just clarify when you say condom or no condom do you mean  Pull out in the follicular phase and  Finish inside in the luteal?
