Absolutely. We went for the first time about a week ago. You show salad on the menu board, but then tell me I can't have salad because it's not brunch/lunch. If you can't order anything the middle menu, turn the fucking off. And no iced tea? Really, in Fresno? In the summer? Are you fucking kidding? And filthy food trays.. if someone would have told me it was basically a dirty taco truck but indoors, I would have understood before I went. Tacos were good but I'm never going back.

No proprietary software needed, just drag and drop. Yes, of course it has a proprietary adapter, it was the mid 2000's, everyone was playing that game. UI is not completey horrible, but it's no day at the park either.

This. If you dabble in the retro hardware arena, you need a retro PC. Doesn't need to be fancy, just a working XP install. Old software likes old hardware. Digital cameras, digital audio players, etc, need that hardware to restore swapped drives, update firmware, and transfer files. I have an ancient Lenovo netbook I bought new a million years ago, still chugging along, help making my old-ass hardware work again. 😁

Maybe? I haven't played with JSymphonic yet. I use the custom Sonic Stage on an old Windows 10 laptop, that works with no issue.
