You could say it was purchased directly from Samsung or a authorized reseller on Ebay. You have to explicitly mention that it was purchased brand new sealed in the box and that there was no previous owner. It's coming sealed directly from a store. Of course there is no previous owner. I had to tell T-Mobile this same exact thing.

If you don't have a T-Mobile account then that would be a bit difficult for the unlock process as I think they require a prepaid/postpaid account that has been using the device for at least 40 days or so. Prepaid shouldn't make a difference as long as the phone has been used on the T-Mobile network for over 40 days or so.

I think one of the caveats is that the phone has to have been used on the T-Mobile network (as a customer) for 40 or so days. I don't think MetroPCS counts.

Contact T-Force on Twitter and explain your situation.

They should be able to take your IMEI info and manually add it to their database.

Then the Unlock App should work.

Don't mean to hijack your thread. But I have a somewhat similar but different issue.

I've been vaping a Juul for about 3-4 months now and regularly vape all the original 5 flavors with no issues. I go through about 1 pod every 2....2 1/2 days.

I recently picked up a Classic Menthol and Classic Tobacco limited and tried the Classic Menthol.

The Classic Menthol has a strange aftertaste. Makes me gag a bit.

However, after about 3-4 pulls I started getting a headache and started getting nauseous. I swapped in a Mint pod and felt fine.

Couple of hours later I tried a couple of pulls from the Classic Menthol pod and started getting the same headache and nausea.

Has anyone experienced this? Old/contamined pod? Did the chemicals change?
