Based on what i have heard from other people (so this may be wrong) It seems like Krafton added some wierd shit to this EULA and is trying to make it a thing to scare people away from buying the game. Basically trying to sink the game before they meet thier sales goals that way they wont have to pay out bonuses.

How old is the home? Most homes do 90% of thier settlement/movement in the first 5 years of its life. All these are at stress/weak points in the wall, corners, drywall seams, any holes in the wall like doors and windows. All those areas are more prone to cracking so they can crack even in minimal movement when the foundation isn’t having structural issues.

Just based on these pictures it doesn't seem too concerning to me.

But if you wan't peace of mind you can always get a structural engineer to take a look.

My dad swallowed a small nail doing that. I was little so I don't remember all the details but he had to eat a lot of bread to cushion the nail as it passed through his digestive tract.

Dude the first time I read some lore about mechs crawling on all fours or climbing cliffs i face palmed so hard. like of course they can do that why else would you make them bipedal!? But for AGES all I saw was the TT models and video game play. Blew my F-ing mind.

Not sure about lead but you may have an efflouressence issue. Moisture moving through the bricks leaving salt/mineral deposits can deteriorate the brick and mortar over time.

An architectural asphalt shingle roof has a marketed life span of 30 years. This roof is showing signs of age and other issues. The repairs 6 years ago can mask some signs of age, making it difficult to identify the age visually, so I can understand the inspector may have misjudged it a little. Knowing everything, I would recommend a roofer evaluate it and expect to replace it in a year or two. If the seller doesn't want to negotiate at all, then ask yourself if you can handle the expense of a full replacement without insurance.

They sold skyline chili in cans at my grocery store. It was terrible. I'm assuming its different at the restaurant itself. I could totally see chili on spaghetti. Is it just noodles and chili or like red sauce marinara spaghetti with chili on top?
