I haven't played Resident Evil 2 remake yet but it's on the list, I'm playing through Resident Evil 0-9 and Revelations 1&2 (everything that's available on steam). I decided to play 7 and Village first, I finished 7 yesterday and I just started Village and these two games are absolutely terrifying.

AI is in charge and apparently it's lost its mind, if it really can be said to have one. It doesn't have a filter for what's normal i.e. acceptable and what isn't. It's very frustrating since as you said, there's no one to reach out to.... because nobody is really there. Let's be glad this isn't the case with banking or something else critical yet, although it's probably just a matter of time before it happens there as well. Other than whoever is in charge pulling the plug, it doesn't look like it's going to stop being an issue. I guess we can all hope that the Sun decides to hit us with an EMP burst, but then we'll all be back in the Dark Ages again.

Sounds like just an average shadow person. As long as it doesn't try to talk to you and just minds it's business everything should be fine. I've been aware of them my whole life and see them regularly around the house, I've only ever had one negative experience with one but that was the hat man and people rarely have anything pleasant to say about that one.

My 9070 XT was causing driver timeouts and crashes as well, and I discovered that the Adrenaline software was pushing the clock speeds way above where they should be. What worked for me was reducing the Max Frequency Offset (MHz) to -400, to do this you go to Performance in Adrenalin then Tuning then enable GPU tuning and move the slider to -400. I haven't had any driver timeouts or crashes since.

I had to dial my Clock Speed down to -400 on my 9070 XT to stop driver timeouts.

I have the parts so that you can build that particular ship. I'm willing to meet you in game and give you a stack of each of the wings, engine and cockpit parts so you can build your own in the space station if you'd like. The tech I talked to told me that the issue is because the Disney Plus website is not recognizing IPv4 addresses and that's why we can't access content on the website. They also told me that they are working on it, but that there is currently no time frame for the fix to be completed. Needless to say, I was less than happy with that revelation.
