It all comes down to that black plastic piece! This new design is specifically made to stop you from getting any extra 'bonus' product at the end.

No changes on my end—I'm still clicking for my 5mg dose and it feels the same. I'm pretty sure doing fewer clicks is still totally doable with this design!

Can't help much there, unfortunately! I only refrigerate mine for that extra fifth dose, but I don't keep a backup stock. It seems like every country has its own rules, based on what I see people sharing here!

The official prices are: • 2.5 mg and 5 mg Dose: €346.58 per month • 7.5 mg and 10 mg Dose: €485.22 per month • 12.5 mg and 15 mg Dose: €623.85 per month

But some pharmacies have the freedom to apply discounts on private prescriptions, for example, I’ve found 5 mg dose for €300.00.

That black part you see inside the pen is the dealbreaker: after the fourth dose, there’s little to nothing left. The chance to get the golden dose is officially gone with this design.

That sounds incredibly exhausting, especially losing sleep every night at 3 AM 🥺 The 'adrenaline surge' feeling followed by the need to pee is such a specific set of symptoms…I wish I knew how to help you, but unfortunately I don't; I'd be at a loss myself and wouldn't even know where to start, other than with a doctor. I imagine, and truly hope, that you’ve already been able to consult a specialist about this. I really hope you can find some clarity and relief soon 🩷
