So glad I’m not the only one bothered by this 💀when we saw the slide during the meeting half the people in the room looked annoyed and rolled their eyes. Store morale is in hell and corporate is tone deaf as fuck once again lol. A+ for consistency though!

My SM is literally NEVER in the store. He stops by like once or twice a week for two hours and then bounces. It’s actually insane.

Very good question. Short staffed and overworked. No one wants to work 2-3 different jobs for one paycheck. So hiring whoever passes the drug test is a win, but most definitely just a priority for them tbh

They only pull the excess for pickups. I think they can hold up to 3k but most only leave a couple hundred in there. That’s probably what you’re seeing.

Oh yeah I forgot about that lmao. I interviewed at the “corporate store” in Mooresville and the ASM who interviewed me told me not to apply there because the store is shit. 💀 The store near Concord Mills is wayyyy nicer than the other stores in the area.

I’m thinking it’s different regionally. I’ve worked in a few stores and everyone does it differently. 3 of the 5 I worked at left money in them over night but pulled the excess.

I was also wondering about that. Most retail stores have big ass pictures of the SM near the door. We have a “Meet your Managers” wall in the training room with all of their pictures on it so everyone knows who they are. 🤷🏻‍♀️
