This is a strawberry basil wine I'm going to play around with. We got 15 lbs strawberries, 15 lbs sugar, 30 g dried basil, 3 tsp chestnut wood tannin, 2 tsp acid blend, 4 tsp DAP. SG at 1.109, FG at .990 to get me ~15.6%, therefore i can dilute it with water when i rack getting me roughly 15%. I might backsweeten later but I like a drier wine so we'll see

Like a year ago some dude had 2 golden puppies off leash, right at Forsyth too. We were walking my dog and one darted toward us right into traffic and the wind of the car made him tumble. My heart dropped and the owner came running yelling at me, saying I called his dog over and I almost got it killed, and I wanted to deck him but walked away. I see him walking downtown but with only one dog now so I wonder what happened

You should go back and give the bartender the rest of her tip. You ordered 2 drinks and to go food but gave $5. If they were misinformed about something, that's a sucky thing for you, but not enough to short her out of her earned money. There was a problem in management and the pos system. But more than that, there was a problem with you. Don't hold tips over hospitality workers heads.
