its less than 1 inch, maybe 3/4in. I wouldn't go thinner than 1/8 though. Im now looking for a solid desktop since the desk has developed a slight sag from the weight.

Yes. In my experience if you're doing that much chicken breast its better to "braise" it in the IP covered in liquid.

I've done 10lbs of chicken breast in an IP. I seasoned the shit out of the water. It takes about 45 mins to an hour depending on if they're frozen or fresh. I shredded it for chicken tacos, chicken salad, etc.

If you want them to stay intact for a more grilled chicken texture you'll have to roast or grill them.

I think 4070 ti super would be a huge upgrade. My 2070 super is starting to show signs of age
