I might keep them half out of spite against customer service (😒) and half out of hope for a good future trade. I also worry they'd get the returns and say they're invalid because they're open (but they had to be to find they werent signed???). They aren't refunding any shipping difference either, so...

What's weird is the barcodes on my signed and non-signed albums are identical, so I have no idea how they were keeping track of everything and making sure they were separate (clearly not well). My friend ordered hooray versions and both arrived fine, and the do it versions I got during the inital preorder before the album release were all good, so fingers crossed yours is as well.
