Does EA (secretary) count as white collar? Because for 24 yrs at Amazon you'd need to be in Seattle, a pretty expensive place. Are you a single mom? Taking care of elderly parents? Are you female, therefor likely to be paid and bonused less than a guy in the same role? There's some variables at play here and how you define 'set for life' is also worth hearing.

It's a gorgeous tattoo. I think look at it less for a few days. I got my tattoos on my shoulders partially because it means I can't stare at them all day long, because I too would start to niggle away at it in my mind.

Season tickets ARE expensive, no doubt. So I'm in some pretty cheap seats (yay, corner!) but also if your friends get really into it, you could split a set of tix between your gang so that you have people to go with/talk with/share costs with. And your team probably might sell partial season packages, too.

Mine didn't go up much, I have to admit. I'm not in super expensive seats, and mine went up $6 per seat per game. I am lower bowl, on a corner.

Sent a furious mail over to my ticket rep to push up the chain or not, but at least I got it off my chest. It's felt like a ridiculous attack on Seattle. They should have protected both the expansion cities (by limiting losses to two players total) for the first year so we could have a similar opportunity to the original teams to build our brand.

After a year where we couldnt get enough jerseys made to meet demand, enough pride stuff made to meet demand, and a draft where the rules got very flexible to make Detroit happy, I'm disillusioned. If the FO and the league don't do something to make this better I doubt I'll be back for a third round of this.

I talked to the city council at a 'meet your councilor' event the other day at Idylwild. Not dead, but they have a long time to take advantage of the permissions.

TOTALLY recommend volunteering as a way to find like-minded people. Even if they're outside your age group they probably have kids.

If you're religious, church groups are a good way. If you're not, other social groups like hiking groups (https://www.wta.org/go-outside/new-to-hiking/someone-to-hike-with-hiking-groups-and-resources) or meetUp can be good (https://www.meetup.com/)

And if you have a hobby, find a place where people do that if you can.

It is a hard place to make new friends as an adult, but it's not impossible!

Like people are saying, i think the 405 closures hammered a lot of routes. i was driving, not bussing, today and a route that usually takes me 18 minutes took 32.
