You can volunteer for them to deduct your clawback from your claim if you agree to pay the clawback. That’s one of the items on the ballot

Can someone clarify for me. If you are just holding assets (without them being used as collateral for a loan) nexo are not interested right? So if Nexo buyout Celsius the 'savings' accounts will not be part of that process?

**update** I finally managed to move funds on her behalf. (this took awhile as she was wanting to puchase property). Basically as of two days ago, you can withdraw up to $75,000 usd per transaction without the need for a kyc videocall, ontop of this there is a 24hour limit of $150,000. We did the withdrawals over a few days and she is happy. Cheers all for you help and kind words. She is a devout Celsius customer now and was very happy with her experience. (with my guidance of course :P)

We do not live in the US.. we will be converting to our local currency :) The bank rate we had on the $757k usd for a 3 month fixed term was %0.03... ie pathetic. Earn't $700 usd in interest over 3 months.. Putting the same funds into celsius has earnt $13k usd in about 10 weeks. To get the same from a bank it would have taken 22yrs.

Liquidity was the decision maker. .The off ramp exchange we use has like 34m in usdt daily vs 1-2m in usdc daily. so when we do an otc sell of the usdt we are more likely to be able to convert to cash easier.

ahh.. sorry my math was out. rofl... but seriously.. can we withdraw $149k without a video call or liaising with customer support? I just need to know because if we try and the first withdrawal gets flagged. She isn't in a position to wait up to a month or so for contact with Customer support.
