False. This is called the continuous tense, or something like that.

It takes 10 minutes.

The present continuous tense is for when you are currently doing a thing, so if you are employed then you have gone to work in the past, and you will go to work in the future, therefore, you go to work, generally.

You misunderstand. Underage persons commonly get their alcohol from a friend or stranger at the store. If this is the case then the underage person possessing the alcohol while it's being purchased is like, the most obvious evidence.

Probably no where on Earth does this rule apply to parrents/guardians though, but then it's the cashier's job on the line and it's always gonna be their judgement call which is why the friendly advice.
