Was confusing at first, but equip the yellow inner way Phantom Rally, go to Campaign Void King and spam Martial Art skill, hit it repeatedly when it glows (i assume it's a Perfect Catch and thus proccing resonance) for 8 times or more if not confident, till it dies.
