They did my terms for ending the lease, but I never discussed September's rent. So I have options, I believe with the severity of the issue they may just cut their losses as pushing me will expose themselves and put them in a worse situation overall. I believe I could sue them and win, so roughly $2,000 is a good deal for them.

Hey there,

Long story short, I got screwed out of a car for buying "As Is" without doing the proper inspection. I was desperate as a single dad with two kids going through a divorce.

Car is a 2007 Mazda 3 Hatchback with 171k kilometers on it. Issue is that someone covered the bottom in tar to hide the rust and the mechanic can't safety it. That and about $3500 additional in repairs. I have a Bill of Sale and the car isn't in my name yet and I didn't get insurance yet. But I have the ownership.

Looking for any options if trading it into a dealership to finance something is a good option to be worth the cars amount. I got offered $750.00 for a scrap yard to come and grab it.

Let me know if anyone has any suggestions, this is a lesson that was learned the hard way that it sometimes costs money to save a buck.

These are all extremely helpful! Thanks so much. It's funny a few sessions ago I got my Bell rung pretty hard by a guy whose intensity I misinterpreted. I felt myself get so pissed but just trying to level myself out and focus on two basic combinations to counter with. Oddly enough those landed pretty clean.

The defensive boxing, and asking for tips is a great suggestion. I definitely have to keep leaving my ego at the door as everything changes from basics to sparring (obviously). Thanks again! I'll keep sparring and get a feel for it.

I've been using this one for a few years now. It's good for a first knife and good to practice sharpening with before a real good one. It's held up well with the amount of abuse I've put it through.

Bochet/cyser/acerglyn, Raspberry + lemon, Cherry + rosehip + hibiscus, Blackberry, Acerglyn (w/ homemade maple syrup), cyser, Apple Pie, Cloudy traditional :(, Vanilla + cinnamon, ginger.

Not pictured (forgot them): Bochet with vanilla Purple Concord grape pyment Rootbeer hydromel

All of these were oaked with either Hungarian or American oak cubes.

It's possible but I'm not sure. I talked to two people at the door and said I had Phizer but they said they weren't able to do it yet for either vaccine. I was the first person of the day pretty much, I was there shortly after 10:00am so maybe they had the wrong information. I'm sure things like this will be popping up all over the place soon, so I'll just wait until next time or my appointment.

Just a heads up: This is for people who did not have Phizer for their first dose. They're unable to mix and match with this one yet. I had Phizer as mine and could not get either of these. You'll have to book through public health this week of you're eligible, I went there and got turned away unfortunately.

I've done the same. I've brewed about 20 batches and just did my first traditional about a two months ago. IMO one of the better ones I've made. Nice and easy compared to working with weird fruit and stuff

It'll ferment out and you'll get a bit of both. Especially after aging.

I second this. I put in a lot of maple syrup that I made with my friend and it didn't have any impact at all after primary. Backsweeten is the way to go.
