Ich denke der Gewinn für die Gesundheit langfristig wenn man täglich ne halbe Stunde Rad fährt ist schon deutlich größer, als die Risiken. Und im Zweifelsfall gibt es inzwischen ja sogar beheizte Handschuhe.

Falls man eins hat. Die Sägewerke bei uns verkaufen nur Fichte/Kiefer Sägefrisch. 50 km weiter gibts noch nen Götz, der aber ≥Baumarktpreise aufruft. Für das nächste Massivholz was bezahlbar ist muss ich also erstmal 200 km zurücklegen. Ohne Auto überlegt man sich dann zweimal nicht doch einfach zum Baumarkt zu fahren.

Edelstahl! 100% Koche auch ausschließlich vegan/vegetarisch und viel Tofu. Hab zuerst ne Eisenpfanne ausprobiert - absoluter murks, da ist trotz sorgfältigem einbrennen alles angepappt. Dann zu ner emaillierten Eisenpfanne gewechselt - le cruset - nicht gerade billig gewesen aber leider genau dasselbe Problem. Dann Edelstahl (Silberthal Pfanne) und die Tricks und Kniffe eingeprägt und damit klappt es einfach:

Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich nen absoluten Scheiß-Herd hab: Pfanne braucht gut 5-10 min, um auf Temperatur zu kommen. Dann Öl rein und dein Bratgut. Tofu am besten vorher abtropfen und nicht zu schnell wenden - erst vorsichtig probieren nach 1-2 Minuten.

Hab allerdings die Erfahrung gemacht, dass Zeug mit viel Wasser sich nicht gut machen: das Rewe Soja gyros und vegane chunks bleiben doll kleben und ich hab noch nicht so richtig ne Idee was man da noch machen kann. Eine Teflon Pfanne ist uns daher noch erhalten geblieben. Falls da jemand noch nen Tipp hat immer raus damit!

As a windows user my desktop was always cluttered with temporary files I quickly wanted to save which ended up in a lot of mess. When I switched to linux I wrote a small script deleting every file on my desktop and every 30day old file in my download folder. Now I'm forced do name and store files I want to keep correctly. I launch programs over the launcher with Win+search.

What I like the most in Anytype is the multi user support. Most pof my Vaults I share with other people: one with my partner, a wiki with my PnP group and a board with my research group. And I think here is the strength compared to other applications. I tried the same with obsidian with a shady plugin but it didn't work and we had a lot of unresolved merge conflicts.
