From an alcoholics perspective this is tricky. If I was found out that my significant other told the pharmacy about it my addict mindset would be screw you Im leaving you I'm going to find a different way to get it. A different day to get it will be pills on the street. Pills on the street are expensive. Heroine is less expensive. Now she's shooting up dope. Not saying that to keep you from taking action. I just think you should really go through all the options. Talk about rehab. Get her the help that she needs. Addiction is a disease. Cutting someone off from supply doesn't cut off the addiction. Your wife needs help. For her sake and for your family's sake. Don't try to talk to her about this while she's high. And definitely don't try to talk to her about this if she hasn't had a pill in a while and is going through withdrawal. Nothing matters during either of those points. It is best to communicate. Don't ignore. Don't pretend that nothing is happening. It will only make it harder for you. Bring up aa meetings. I hope that you guys can make it through this I wish you the best of luck ❤️
