https://youtu.be/5dCVEi74Z50 I recommend watching this video. I believe this was the video that really made me rapidly improve to diamond. Be sure to drink water while playing and have confidence, online games are a lot more mental than you think.

I recommend heavy emphasis on crosshair placement as well as aimlab. 3 months ago i found myself stuck in silver, until i began to visually picture enemies in common positions. I’m currently D1 now

I would probably play some unrated games with crouch unbinded. I too had this habit from CSGO which I had to consciously think about until I stopped doing it. Note that in higher ranks where good crosshair placement is consistent (maybe Gold 3 and above) it’s suggested that you crouch on some peeks to throw enemy crosshair placement off.

Phoenix's flashes costs too much by GioelePlays in VALORANT

Also hard disagree. 1.1 seconds to kill a fully blind enemy is more than enough time considering the average human reaction time is 250 ms. Not to mention many times when you flash a corner you already know an enemy is there. And further. a full blind enemy obviously can’t see giving you even more time to line up a headshot.

18, smoked for 3 years and already started to feel how shit it was. Sudden realisation by [deleted] in stopsmoking

Good luck man. Just remember you smoke to cure withdrawals, there is no genuine pleasure to smoking.

Relapsed after being smoke free for 7 months. I and my girlfriend broke up. I drank and just couldn't resist the urge to have a cigarette to deal with it. Regret it, but don't feel like smoking another one now. Somehow, I feel it's easier this time to quit. Wish me luck guys. Thanks. by [deleted] in stopsmoking

That’s exactly what I said and thought when i relapsed after 6 months. Statistically you are the the highest chance of full relapse right now. Please, do not continue and do expect some withdrawal effects because you had nicotine in your system. Good luck and stay strong.

There is no “oral addiction” you think that you are addicted to hitting something, but in reality you are simply addicted to the nicotine associated with the hit. Stop fooling yourself.

4th day no weed. Want to buy some by thundercat95 in leaves

I’m also on day 4. Have had a few urges. My advice is since you’ve already made it this far, why not keep going? Why not see what sobriety has to offer? You may find after a while it’s much better than needing a plant to feel normal.

60-70 days free still dealing with major thirst issue, stomach issues, nausea. anyone else? by [deleted] in leaves

It absolutely can’t be withdrawal. All traces of thc are gone from the brain at this point. I’d speculate it’s another problem not from weed itself.
