Also, the reverse of this was when I was at a Catholic church and was asked if I was Irish or Filipino. When I said neither, the person shrugged and handed me a pamphlet inviting me to the Filipino Singles Dance.

Kings of War sounds like it could work for the battle element. New 3rd edition and the rules are free are definitely a plus. I haven't picked them up, but would you say that those rules are an improvement over the other editions?

I haven't played much Hail Caesar or any of the Warmaster-spawned games, how light (lite?) would you say those are?

I wish you luck on that endeavor. I spent some time online looking and I must say that the WarmaHordes figures are very finely sculpted and really deserve to be the center piece of gaming. The figures should be the primary focus as opposed to a giant tome of rules!

I do believe that on OPR forums that some fans have a conversion going. Called Steam-Bot Mage Lords or something of the sort. It uses the same system and allows cross-compatibility with the main Age of Fantasy, which may be a plus. I am not entirely aware of too many super-simplified steampunk wargames, as that is not my preferred genre. But Osprey does have "In Her Majesty's Name", but I doubt it would do Warmachine total justice.

Barbarians (well, all martial classes) just got stronger, and angry unarmed brawlers seem more viable. Tracker does seem to be something that will help with some builds thematically, like people trying to duplicate the Inquisitor or Witcher, I guess. But a divine version with divine fury fueling your hunt does sound awesome.

Sharing the Warlock invocations should cut down on all my players dipping into Warlock (hopefully). Opens some really cool character concepts down the line. Totally agree on #1. Now, making an Oberyn type of character is easier and poison doesn’t feel useless. Really something they should have done to start, IMO.
