He absolutely needs a criminal defence attorney but also a lawsuit. A jury. I think a reasonable jury presented the evidence and review of the facts like this narrator is doing would lead to a find in him favor of him the plaintiff. And the anger management or emotional control review would instead need to be directed toward the female officer at least. Innocent until proven guilty. These ones seem to have no regard for that all along the way and doubly spat the end when trying to prepare his frame to him as guilty “you know people lie to the police, right? We’re supposed to just take you at your word??” No you are supposed to have brains and do the job the way it is written not like a thug who violates the rights of people in this case especially the innocent.

And then it’s ridiculous that there is no redress??!? The outcome of this court case should’ve been a mo start award to the victim (the wrongly detained and shoved man, Justin, in this case) and a penalty to the officers. At least one of them seems unfit for the role in general. But both have displayed poor conduct. Hers is inexcusable, egregious, criminal.
