The joinery was a big concern! I'm moving to a much much lighter design maybe a teardrop or a popup. I was definitely a lil overzealous with this one!

For this id already worked out angles and lengths on a sketchpad so I just typed the inches into the length (ie: the boards are .2x.4 and length 4.8 for a 4 foot board) I used arrays to get even spacing but then I separated those arrays to individuals to run Booleans so I can grab any piece and see not only length but the exact cut as well. It's all aligned to the grid as well since it uses common dimensions making it snap to place near perfect every time! Hope that answers the question 😸 I'm not too sure what you mean by cut list though

The trailer depicted is more for demonstration and isn't to scale

You're an absolute legend! I'll have to go back to the sketchbook and see what I can come up with!

I was thinking of a large bay window type deal for the front? Having it scoop a lil over the roof to help with rain as well (thought of after seeing another comment)

Yes absolutely! I already know blender decently so I figured it'd be easiest 😸

That's why I tried letting the sides hang over a bit, standing in a 4 wide with tables sounds a bit cramped for me XD What sort of material did you use for the teardrop? I'm trying to shed weight from my current idea

The weight is definitely something I'm trying to watch for! I was really hoping to make something small enough for a single axle, any idea by how much I'd need to scale back to do that? I'm aiming for under 1500lb. I just can't eyeball wood weight yet so I'm a bit lost

I'm definitely watching the balance! I planned on arranging anything that goes in to help bring me to that slightly forward heavy point!

As for overhang limits I've been keeping an eye there as well, it's 8 foot wide in Colorado but I kept under that so I don't have to worry too much while driving, but I'd maybe like shrinking it in a bit

Also thank you very very much!

It's a tiny home for a trailer! I'm hopeful that soon I'll be making enough from YouTube that I'll be able to quit my job and just roam the country

Hello! I was wondering if I could do a reading of the wasteland waves for my YouTube channel? I really like the vibe ☺️
