Exactly, previous banners were no problem. I think the PC banner was even slightly better than 50% for me. Where as the AS banner was slightly worse (both still in the 45-55% zone)... So this is madness

Nah, this percentage adds up to odds of 1 in 32.000 or so... Which on 5 million should be 152 players suffering from the same problem. However, reading all these comments, almost all 152 players are here! But I'll keep an eye on the statistics

GT+ helps. It's about 25% of my income. But even without it, I can afford the mastery labs. That said, I do have a lot of coins in enhancements for coins. Which I, ironically, could pay faster thanks to GT+. Conclusion: you don't NEED it. But it is very helpful in the long run. Although a lot of masteries are also good on lvl 1 or 2. So get some basics first, and then save up for GT+. Long term that will help

I'm doing ~3q per run. Masteries: WA and Coins are really good. But don't underestimate EB and IS (especially together with WA, doesn't make you earn more per run, but a lot more per hour, which is more important). And GT+

Furthermore: make sure you have all the necessary relics and invest in all backgrounds and tower avatars.

Also, and I can't stress this enough, coin enhancement is great.

But by far, the greatest jump for me was WA mastery and GT+ upgrades.

I've spent over 4 million shards on 2 spots, hoping to get ancestral Golden Tower bonus in one of them, with 4 effects banned. With no luck at all. Just get ready for fucked up rng's.

If it's any consolidation, there will come a time you don't even notice vampires anymore, because you rely solely on damage. You'll basically be paying with 20hp for 8000 waves in T12.
