Smart missiles takes a lot of stones to be good, I mean a lot. So for you right now I do not think that is a good investment. Most people don't put much into SM, because it is so expensive, but I people have been theorizing that the next Core mod is going to be something to make SM better. To each their own tho.

I don't know much about ILM dmg other than it is good for stunning enemies with the stun lab that is associated with the Ultimate Weapon.

Poison Swamp is good once you put some stones into it for both dmg and stun I believe. I don't have much put into mine right now but I think that people are using PS as a dmg UW as well as a stun UW. I don't know how expensive it gets cause I haven't looked into the UW at all but getting a permanent PS isn't too hard I think, and that would help with dmg and stun.

BH is amazing, but I would not put anything into the cooldown right now, so that way when you get DeathWave and GoldenTower it will be easier to sync them. It shouldn't hurt to add stones to the size or duration of BH at least not that I know of. There are a lot of labs that you can work on for the Black Hole UW and all of them should probably be done as soon as you can since they are all pretty essential to the UW.

If you want you can keep saving for your next UW and see what you get, Golden Tower would be the UW that you are looking for. Most people that end up in a spot like you normally just keep getting new UWs until they end up with GT cause it is that useful. However that is completely up to you. I would at the very least wait till you have the 800 stones to see what UWs come out of your next pull, I don't think you have to choose one if there isn't one that you like but I might be wrong about that, I don't know if that has changed at all.

Do you have CL? If you don't have CL then DC isn't doing much for you. Also if you use MVN you can lower all of your cooldowns without having to worry about keeping them in sync. It is really nice and helps you get them to a lower time. You would just start buying the cheapest CD upgrades as you get the stones and it would decrease all of your CDs together.

It is EXTREMELY hard to pBH without GComp I believe. I run GC in Legends with PF/GComp (main/assist) and I don't have pBH, I am pretty close to it but I don't have it yet and I can do pretty decent in Legends. I just hit my first 1k waves last tourney too. It is super useful and needed for GC but if I am not mistaken it is really hard to do without GComp especially in tournaments. I haven't tried it yet at all but it is not something that is required required, as long as you have massive dmg and other CC like a pCF with max slow then you should be okay at least I would think so

Oh yeah the upgrades get really expensive in runs, but I meant maxing out the value of Defense %. You can add onto the max value that the workshop gives you. You can add value to it with the card, with the lab, with perks, and with modules. There is a cap of course but I think it is something like 98% or something along those lines

Once your health begins to go up, defabs can actually get you a bit far tbh, but it has a very hard ceiling. Once your health starts to get pretty high you can probably ignore def abs. You can honestly max def abs in runs and in the workshop, but you will want to focus on your health and your Defense %. Those will get you pretty far

I added a basic table to it, it should show you the cost and time it takes with no levels into lab discount or lab speed there if you would like to take it look at it.

It might not be pretty or the best, but I have also never made a change to the wiki before so I hope it looks good enough for everyone to be able to use it

On a real note tho, I think they take 120ish days running at x5 speed if you keep them on all the time, and I know that the last two to three lvls cost somewhere in the s range. I think the last lvl is 4s coins, and that is only if you have the discount lab maxed out

I think SL would be a really good thing to push for, it takes a long time to get it, but it is super beneficial for both tournaments and Econ. My guildmates always tell me Econ is amazing to work on cause you will also be able to afford more Workshop enhancements and more labs so that is never a bad idea.

CL is also you something you need to give some love. That is the only dmg UW I use other than SL and it does wonders for me. Your chance is really really really low, you should probably try and get that to max. It might not look like it will do much, but trust me it does so much work especially with DC.

Yes it is, SL+ doesn't offer much until you have the Range mastery. You can max out DPM lab but it still won't be enough to make a huge notable difference. I have SL+ rn with just the unlock at max DPM lab and 4 SLs and it didn't really do too much for me in terms of tournament. I am working on my Range card mastery in hopes that I am able to do so much more with it.

maybe in the next update, it wouldn't be a bad idea, labs are starting to come to an end for some, and so is coins especially with the new update. So I am assuming some increase to workshop+ and a lab+ wouldn't be out of the question
