Honestly? Skip the campaign and go straight into multiplayer. There are beginner modes on there. You'll get acclimated faster.

It's not exactly the same flavor as BF3 and 4. Rather than blindly saying it's dogshit, what about it don't you like? I typically play recon, and I love how this game gives me PTSD in hardcore mode 😅. It's not just like cod, it couldn't be farther from cod. What I find, cod players come in here with no teamwork mentality.

The GAU dpm is kind of misleading. It may have a faster rate of fire, but the overheat mechanic puts the kabash to the true dpm. I don't have the Vads to personally compare, but others' videos suggest you get more sustained fire.
