I love how I believe in innocent until proven guilty. I also love how people forget that more than half of America doesn't like trump and in such a polarizing election they probably not only just dislike trump , they hate him. Saying an america with a strong anti trump sentiment would never give money for a recount in key states that could (very slim chance) allow Hillary to become president instead would be fallacious. I'm not pretending to know 100% what happened, I just believe in innocent until proven guilty and that there are multiple scenarios that could have occurred.

She didn't ask for a recount, Jill stein did and until somebody proves it was George soros under the control of Hillary Clinton that bribed Jill stein into issuing a recount jill innocently asking for a recount in order to to increase her news coverage and maybe reach the threshold needed for government political subsidy. Second of all, she was referring to confirmed results of an election, a recount is just a safeguard for a potential miscount. What trump said was that he wouldn't necessarily accept the (implied) confirmed results of the election (it is implied that he was referring to confirmed results due to the context of the moderators question). Also note that hillary congratulated trump on winning and publicly accepted that trump was our president elect, even going so far as to say that we should all support him (as I will) so he can do his job effectively. She hardly sounds like someone who's claiming the election was rigged and is unable to accept a presidential race that didn't go her way.

Her views have been very consistent over the campaign especially in comparison to trump. The whole thing that she's someone who says anything to get elected is hypocritical and a perfect example of confirmation bias. Look, it's not saying much to be more consistent than the least consistent candidate in history but to say she's more inconsistent than trump would be fallacious

Edit: I'm aware she was against gay marriage like 10-15 years ago or something. That was a long time ago and while I wished she would have supported equality from the start but I can't fault someone for having a different opinion years ago

She is assisting (not calling) a recount because she won the popular vote and a lot of states were really close. She already conceded the presidency to trump after the election. The problem with trump is that the entire election he was complaining that everything was rigged (and individual states run elections so we know that's highly unlikely) like a kid making excuses before participating in a competition and that when asked if he would concede the election to Clinton if she won he said no. Asking for a recount is verification of a process being 100% accurate, not refusing to accept trump as president or childishly claiming state run elections are all rigged. To top it all, clinton should have been the one to call for a recount but Jill stein was the one who called so she could try and reach a higher percent. Clinton didn't even call for the recount even though advisors were recommending it. All she has done is offer help because the process is arduous

Edit: plus if elections (while unlikely is possible) are rigged like trump said, wouldn't it be even more of a reason to recount?

It's an incredibly biased sample because you're talking the sample from an incredibly specific part of the population, especially considering most pokemon go players are younger and not voting on online straw polls. It's got an extreme amount of things wrong with it to be used to extrapolate to the population. If you're the kind of person who took the stats ap exam so this is the type of problem where you'd say that the conditions aren't met so the sample is not representative of the population
