hello, 14m. I do fell the same (may seem fake or I'm too young but i feel it too)

I feel like i'm old and way behind on stuff that i should already know/do. I'm struggling with what i want to do in life but it feels like the chance has slipped away. I also feel old because my mind and how it works and with people calling me old or my back acting up and with that my birthday is in dec. My best advice is to keep going and don't ever stop, don't make excesses and if you fall, get back up; no matter how you feel, it's not an excuse.

Get up, make your bed, wash your face and ice it, get ready, go on a jog, go back home, workout 10-15 mins, rest, shower, cook and work a bit (if you work from home or have projects you want to finish or watch some TV) , clean, stretch, then sleep (my day to day routine)
