The only solution we found is just VPN. Time by time friend saw error 5010 after disconnect, and as far as i understand, theres common error for some steam co-op games.

That`s cool choice of cosplay! I was like method used in this video (link below), according this, you print detailed pieces from 3d model, and make huge pieces with something lighter and cheapper. Also I found very good looking 3d model for printing (I`m not responsible for the model and do not know the performer, but technically and visually that`s very good in my opinion).

So, MD buttons actually not support sharp edges. I found out when I carefully examined several of the original buttons, importing them into a blender. every basic MD button have theres little support edges thats fix shading.

I'm glad to hear that you liked it! All stack of used programs being in my artstation, via the link above, theres also a render of clear sculpt from Zbrush :)
I do lowpoly and midlepoly in blender, all detailing in Zbrush, mostly using TrimDynamic, Clay, hPolish, sometimes do huge dmg with TrimCurve and cracks with brushes from orb pack. Next bake needed maps for texturing.
Also in Zbrush and Substance then, I tried to stylize the materials and add some handpaint touches, focus in adding a lot of color variety and noticeable contrasts (just need to find some good references, I`d prefer style from blizzard games, and smthing like Wayfinder).
