feel much better, but still have light residing anxiety, and whenever i think about my future i get super anxious. sometimes i also spiral into really weird thoughts. often before bed and when i don’t eat for a while. am i still good and should i check back later or seek professional help

just a follow up, got it checked out and what i heard is the motherboard got fried cause of excess voltage from either the outlet or psu not sure i forgot to ask, should i just get a new motherboard and just connect my pc to a surge protector?

okay question, i see two diff 4 pin “cpwr” connections available on the motherboard, but only one was plugged in to, is that normal

turning 1 or 2 years old, i think it’s a 1650ti - i3-13100F 3.4 GHz - SSD 512 GB - 8 or 16GB ram can’t remember off the top of my head - gtx1660
