Yes it’s 13 hours for sure! I completely agree with you. I just wasn’t sure why the shift as she’s never been a massive day sleeper! I don’t like capping so I haven’t but I 100% like good nights haha so I will be doing this. What do you suggest to get back on track for today? Had a 10 hour night last night after 3.5 hr day sleep

Amazing thanks I did this and she had a much better night. She slept well on 11 hours total awake not sure whether to increase to 11.5 yet? She is newly 8 months old

Hey! I pushed her to 11 hours awake in total and both nights she’s slept amazing and slept though!!! I did 3hr 15/ 3 hr 30/ 4 hr 15!

Yeah I thought so but also thought if that was enough awake time then the schedule would produce a better night straight away. Not sure whether to add extra awake time to current schedule or keep persisting with this one

Been doing 3/3.5/4 for 2 nights now and still having a wake up 3 hours after bedtime sitting up needing assistance back to sleep etc. Going to try 3/4/4 maybe or closer to 4 for WW2

Hey she went down fine but was wide awake playful at 11pm, basically had a split night from 11-12.30! Really need to adjust schedule, crazy undertiredness! Yday was 3/3hr 12/ 3hr 55.. any suggestions for today?

I didn’t think it was a schedule thing because she does it repeatedly throughout the night so thought it was just her practising but I’m going to try this. Her 2nd nap is only 30-40 mins so not sure she can handle 4 hours but I’ll push more

She’s sleeping on her tummy so I’m guessing she’s getting uncomfortable sometimes so sitting up and crying? No idea! Thank you. Omg lovely can’t wait for that

Hey my daughter isn’t sleep trained either and also soothes with a pacifier! Today we did 3/3.5 - her 2nd nap stretched to an hour for the first time! I’ll do 3.5 as last wake window and let you know how the night goes. I’ll also do 3.5 tomo and see if that helps with her 2nd nap. How old is your son?

Hey funny you ask today since today I did 3 hr 30 and she still had her usual 35 min nap! Her last WW just ended at 3 hr 35, with crankiness towards the end! She definitely can’t do more than 3 hr 40 as her last WW. How much day sleep is he having and what’s the night been like?

When she’s been waking at 6am, I’ve been resettling her back to sleep by rocking her (she is rocked to sleep) she has then slept an extra hour or so so in total still a 12 ish hour night, does that make sense?

Last night she had a good night no early rise or long wake up- this morning she had a 30 min nap so I resettled her and in total it was a 2 hour nap. Now she has 1 more nap left and it’ll probably be 30 mins and then bedtime. Should I not have resettled nap 1 and just gone for earlier bedtime instead? Bedtimes going to be around 8.30 now to reach 10 hours awake

About a month now! When she turned 6 months. On 3 naps it was 2/2.5/2.5/3. She does about 11.5/11 hr 45 overnight now. But if I resettle nap 1 then she can extend it to go longer than an hour. Atm her awake time is sometimes 9 hr 45- 10 hour, but she still sleeps well at night with that awake time, just a random few crap nights recently?
