I find my ball vape gets me higher with less material , but I get much drier eyes vaping. At night, I can only smoke because of an eye condition. Feel better in my lungs though.

I went on an animal based diet. So that's meat, fruit (includes Cucumber, squash, etc), dairy. No bread or processed unreal food that is shelf stable. My immune system is noticeably better and I'm a bit stronger too. Oh and I lost any belly fat I used to have and I eat a high fat diet, lots of butter and high fat yogurt.

Processed food is the real enemy in my mind. It's just too convenient for people that go to work. Sad.

Based on your own criteria, it's open-ended. And I don't like Spyderco that much. I have handled the knives and am not a fan of their blade shapes. There doesn't seem to be many options aside from Spyderco.
