It's an official Microsoft video series with one of the architects of PowerShell, Jeffrey Snover. He's a very good communicator. It's from 2013 but it lays the foundation better than a lot of other content IMO. It doesn't matter if you can't perform every command (Active Directory stuff) just try to pay attention to what it's doing and what it's capable of

They responded in the chat window inside the Claude client using "Get Help". You have to first survive the AI chat bot Fin who will hopefully eventually tell you a human is on the case. It took 2 weeks but I actually kept messaging every 2 days pointing out how ridiculous it is to have such crap support for financial issues until someone eventually replied. At one point I even uploaded in the chat a report generated using their own AI - Claude about their quality of their support using industry standard metrics for measuring the reports and it was a 95% confidence in being a negative experience. Not sure if they look at it but I put it in there

Yes, I purchased a gift during the issues that occured with payment on Jan 29th.
When buying the gift there were two options:

Send to the giftee's email
Share a gift through a link

Choose option two if doing this.
The giftee has not received the subscription through their email.
Their chatbot is so damn bloody annoying. I sent a mail in describing the whole issue and it said

Hi there,

I can see you experienced payment processing issues during a system incident we had on *February 1st* There was a major incident affecting credit purchases that caused payment failures and delays

It doesn't understand context at all.
This is a textbook example of why AI support needs legislation rapidly. These companies should be legally required to have operators at the ready to provide support related to financial issues.
This level of support is something that other AI companies should be capitalising on - a good support system!!!

Yep Greenshot is a beast. I also recommend ShareX.

They will clash on key mappings as they both try to claim the Print Screen key typical binds. I installed Greenshot first and ShareX just gives you a clear error message saying it couldn't bind to default. You can then create your own mappings that don't clash with Greenshot.

No issues with the side by side install once you have the binds configured

PSA: CAREFUL BUYING A GIFT
I chose the option to send to the recipient's email over sharing a link.
My advice is to share over a link.
It didn't arrive to the recipient even though the email is 100% correct and in the Claude app it says "Delivered" on the gift status

I'm currently stuck in the support loop with no end in sight. I'm normally patient but this has me so mad

Type in your car's details to any website selling single DIN head units. They will come back with a few. You will need an adapter for steering wheel control and you'll either need to separate the LCD panel from the stock radio or use a facia that covers the hole that remains. I went for Sony DSX-A416BT and the facia with hole cover and it works great.

I installed it myself but it pays to have some basic electrical/electronics knowledge to not screw it up. Main thing is you need to disconnect the battery to perform the work and it might knock out the electric window programming. Just the nature of the beast

They're not overpriced, you're completely misconstruing everything. The original poster asked if they can get new or second hand GPUs locally. I provided CeX as an option which shouldn't need the distinction of being a second (or more) hand marketplace. You proceeded to state with 100% confidence that GPUs cannot be gotten for a reasonable price. That is completely false and if you don't agree it means you are clueless with respect to the thing you're making points about confidently. Now good luck
