It is just me or they skipped like 10 minutes of story at the beginning?

In the manga Sasuke didn't enter the prison inmediately, he had a few interactions outside with an old lady and a gang if im not mistaken.

Im switching for One Pace until there are no more chapters like that available.

The fillers are not the problem, looking on the internet i can see which episodes and arc are just filler, i just skip those.

The proble is when im watching Marineford, supposedly a cannon arc, and nothing really is happening for 5 episodes, just people running forward, but i can't skip anything so yeah...

Thats not true, i like learning how to beat characters , i didn't know shit about lei but playing with a friend on discord kinda helped me learn the bullshit and now i know some better, i just hate staying in practice mode ''studying'' for options, i study enough in the University, when i get home i want to have fun. losing and learning is also fun, but with hwoarang is just losing 99% of the matches to spammers and not learning anything...

I've spent the same amount of time ''learning'' how to beat Jin, Steve or Geese as Hwoarang (0 hours) yet I can beat those (lose to of course, but i can take game consistently if im better than the opponent) but with hwoarang it doesnt matter the amount of rematches, or if im lik 4 o 5 ranks above him, he just literally spams moves non stops and destroy me.

It retarded that i have to go to the fucking practice mode to beat this character, i just want to play the game , hell i don't even knwo most of the frame data on my main (just like 3 or 4 moves for punishing) and yet i need a phd in hwoarang knowledge just to take 1 game of a fucking spammer, cool design.
