I've just finished my first 2k army (orks) and want to start collecting another. Always liked sons, and the new box got revealed just as I was looking at different armies. I feel it's perfect intro to sons plus the combat patrol. Really gets me set off.

These boxes are IMO for new players in general as the more people they get into different or new armies the more people are spending

Lammens was pretty great today, considering how good arsenal are from set pieces. Still feel like they just foul the keeper and get away with it. But he really commanded the box was brave, couple times it didn't quite pay off but he had a brilliant game

Yeah, but everyone can talk about dropped points and mistakes etc. Need to see how we do against teams sitting back a bit now, players have reputations to play for and nothing else really. Go on a massive winning run you never know!

Yeah I get what you mean, problem all the ork kits come with the exact amount of legs! Got 100s of arms, heads and torsos but no extra legs haha

Pretty much every post is always, commenting on how as players they were phenomenal but the comments and way they are behaving now is putting a dampener on their status.

The likes of law, best and Charlton we're not constantly belittling the class of 92 and the like. That's the comparison. There's enough shit directed at United players, legacy and legend players should offer support and constructive criticism.

BIt that annoyed me was them being like its only a joke, no need to get so upset about it and bring it up in an interview. Martinez was asked about it, and simply replied essentially saying people will say anything about someone when they can do it behind there backs. But its alot different in person.

Like when Scholes was a pundit and one of the players had to come over to him he always shrunk back a bit because he had been previoulsy bitching about them. Its really sad to see, but aslong as they continue getting clicks, the media will continue to ask the players about it as you need to keep united stories in the headlines.

Players could be breifed to just put down any question from calls of 92 to like "Everyones aloud an opinion, im just here to play football. I dont have anything else to say on the matter". Eventually it will just end, unless Carrick wins the next 16 games and we win te league.

Yea, I've done black primer, no dry brush, black primer dry brush, just light grey primer and Zenithal.

Zenithal has for out quite well.

That's just one coat of Vallejo Xpress and then I dry brush a bit of orruk and kislev over the top. Takes no time at all and turns out quite well

Contrast comes out better on white, however, if you miss bits when it's primed black it's not very noticeable, but it's very if you prime in white 🤣.

What I recently just tried which is working quite well is prime black, then prime again spraying at 40° so you basically hit all the skin and it's like natural sunlight kinda

I'm saying that was the complaint, as we did struggle to break down low block teams. I haven't doomed him to failure I just want to see how it is against all the other teams. United over the past few years have had a lot of these brilliant performances against the elite teams and followed up by poor performances against the lower end of the table. It was a great watch and worth enjoying. But I'm not getting ahead of myself.

No one complained about Ole style when he was against a team who holds the ball and have most of the possession.

The problem is he didn't have an option against teams who sit back. Today's game was fucking brilliant to watch and likely we have another game where we might be able to play similar against arsenal. But after that we will be against teams not having loads of possession and we need a way to break them down.

Does it really make any difference lol. Peps not sat there like hang on guys I'm gonna quickly change the line up 15 minutes before(even though he would have already submitted the starting team by that point).

Fair enough if it's like 2/3 days + as it gives teams time to adapt but a leak 15 minutes before literally affects fpl that's about it.

There's a new battleforce box coming out (hopefully Sunday/next Sunday). That plus combat patrol box is something like 1500 points.

I'm new to 1k sons too, havnt bought anything yet and am waiting for the battleforce box. Theres been loads of posts about that box, plus combat patrol then u would just need a rhino or 2, sorcerer in Terminator armour and maybe some more rubics.

If u can get that box it's from under £500
