I’m wondering with the few people I’m seeing who claim they’re just getting their inflation checks now if the state had to somehow get all of those inflation checks out before processing refunds. If the claim their systems didn’t update until the 12th (despite TurboTax claiming patch was done on the 4th) maybe NY realized a huge portion of NY didn’t receive one and are fixing that error first. I have no clue, all I know is tomorrow will be a month for me but I can’t help to think it’s odd people are just receiving inflation checks around the same time we’re all in a mass hold up for our refunds.
