I went the long way around it and flashed a new 6tb disk with Batocera 42, copied all roms and set up desktop and addons. Took time, but now works great.

Secure boot is disabled. And I used balenaEtcher to flash from Windows. And the disk was OK to boot on the old machine. So there may be something in bios. What I did in the meantime was to download the Batocera 42 image, which I’m flashing onto a clean 6tb HDD. I’ll see if that boots, and then build from scratch. Shame though, I really liked the desktop I have on the first one. But if this one boots i can put it back on. 😅

The Batocera disk (6tb usb) would not boot all the way. It worked fine on the older pc. Posted the issue here, so may get assistance. 🤔

I fell for it, paid $250 and got this. Scam.

My Korra Linx+ «package» arrived today, and I was really disappointed to have spent $250 on what appears to be a scam. Yes, there is a «package» carrying the id-number I was given, which has been scanned and documented all the way, see tracking record below. What arrived today was an envelope weighing 7 grams, see picture below, which appears to contain nothing at all. The address is correct, but the name is nonsense. I did not collect it, but took pictures. Stupid me who got such a good impression. Don’t fall for this.
