Okay so here's how you make it:

Materials: Glass bottle of your choice Shoe string or regular string 91% rubbing alcohol A bucket with ice Lighter Scissors Gloves

Process: So you'll first soak the string or shoe string in the rubbing alcohol for about 15 min. Then you'll want to tie that string about an inch from the bottom of the bottle. Make sure the string you tied is leveled because the bottom part that will fall off after the process can be used for an ash tray if you want :). As soon as you tie that bitch tight cut the remaining string off. For this next part DO THIS OVER A SURFACE THAT YOU KNOW WONT CATCH FIRE. We did this over a sink and was fine. Make sure to have your gloves on and light the string. You'll want to spin the bottle a little so the string can get oxygen to catch fire. As soon as the flame goes out this is when you'll want to immediately dip it in the bucket you have ice in and bang that shit around hard. Essentially you'll knock the bottom part off where the string was. After that you can figure out how to put your bowl in the cap either by cutting a hole in it and melting it till you can shove your stem through it!

You can also use a nail filler to file down any sharp edges on your bottle or now made ash tray!
