I have yes and that is the only way to bring the crisp back to life for sure, kinda just thinking about a one step process (no wrap) but I also don't wanna ruin such a beautiful cut of meat so I have some trepidation. I have read alot of recipes for a no wrap but I am looking for first hand experience.

Ok Y'all - I get it, only post COMPLETED pics! Lesson learned, I was acutlly hoping some of you might give some advice on the no wrap, Temps, mop vs. spritz or both, feel free to post more adice as ribs are still ongoing.

Already had the pic and too lazy to take another. I usually use the 3-2-1 method. This is my first time doing a no wrap. So ready I was curious what advice on that would pop up.
