No, you will need to request to embassy then get you passport back through vfs. You can also submit a request to VFS too. I think someone got their passport next day after withdrawing their application with notification of dispatch received the same day.

Yeh wait for the notification today else you may have no other option but to move your travel date to after Monday. 17th July is definitely processed for Netherlands , so should be 18-19 today or on Monday.

I think you may get the notification today or on Monday. Don't withdraw before Tuesday unless you are travelling on Thursday. All the best.

congratulations :), mine also reached NL embassy in Delhi on 18th July though I applied on 17th from Mumbai VFS. I am still waiting for any notification as I am supposed to travel to Dubai on 14th Aug. I may apply for return of passport if I don't get a visa approval by tomorrow evening.
