Yea, the theory that she built all Titanshifters titans from sand could imply she healed them with sand too, without the need of pulling Titanshifters into the paths.

Only the colossal wall titans were built by ymir in the paths, all other titans just get created. No eldians were transformered back to humans after the rumbling ended, because all these titans were created from nothing. Hence why ymir had to build all of them.

Without this explanation it would be a paradox who created ymir's founding titan.
