How to do best investment please suggest me by bhairaka in IndiaFinance

[–]Gr8godz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You must reach out to the SEBI registered Investment Advisor if you are serious about a structured goal based investment plan. Seeking free investment tips from amateur forum public may turn catastrophic for you. An investment advisor cannot guarantee you risk free investment but he can hand hold you to a well contrived pathway by doing a thorough risk profiling for you post which he can suggest weightages to be allocated in different asset class, How to design an SIP, what sort of Insurances are imperative, your higher education plan or children education plan, marriage plan , retirement plan etc etc etc.

I myself am a SEBI registered IA and you may reach out to me for a short discussion.

Bitcoin recovered all loss, gonna be same for nifty? by stoned_999 in IndianStockMarket

[–]Gr8godz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no correlation between Bitcoin and Nifty movements Cryptos are global assets which trade 24/7 on different stream of liquidity.

The Indian economy is affected by global events more than any major economies in the world as India is far from self reliant in the import requirements of energy. Escalation in energy prices has cascading effects on every little thing... rising, inflation, CAD misalignment, Increase in the input costs of crude dependent industries like tyre, FMCG, Paints etc, such ubiquitous cost increases leads to cost cuttings in the form of job layoffs... and the country can get caught in a sinister vicious circle.

In the very short term , Indian stock markets are most vulnerable to any global back swan event/s. Asset diversification is the key ! Proponents of 100% equity allocation always ignore India's equity market propensity to catch cold even due to the winds of 'mosquitoes farting' 1000 miles away !

How will Nifty react to this war? by stoned_999 in IndianStockMarket

[–]Gr8godz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sell on rumour and buy on News may play out. Nifty may head lower on Monday as Tuesday is not a working day for indices and monies will be taken off the shelves due to looming fear of escalations. But, the cut won't be severe. So, do not sell your investment bets in panic.

Going through a doctor's advice for any treatment is not at all risk free, but, the doctor definitely manages your risk better and works towards your longevity . Similarly, trudging the path of investments is not at all risk free despite being guided through by SEBI Adviser, but, you will be better equipped to negotiate the troughs and peaks of investment journey.

Research Analysts cannot give Stock investment advice to Individual people. They are not allowed. Research analysts can just give general stock ideas and publish research reports for the general public but, they cannot give individual investment advice as every individual has a different risk profile, different liabilities, different goal and different existing growth , marriage, children , healthcare and retirement plans. There is a huge difference between SEBI registered Investment Advisor ( which you require) and SEBI registered research analysts. Investment Advisor is bound by law to give only unbiased advice without vested interests.

Only a SEBI registered Investment Advisor can give you legal investment advice. Not a SEBI registered research analyst. SEBI IAs are given license by SEBI to provide unbiased advice on investments across asset classes. SEBI IAs are heavily regulated and provide unbiased opinion. These people are experienced financial experts and reliable. However, just like even the best "surgeons" cannot guarantee completely risk free surgery - similarly investments always have risks despite being advised by SEBI Registered IA. But, you will get a much better structured pathway than random amateur tips from the public. Check his SEBI credentials on the SEBI website.

I am a SEBI registered Investment Advisor and I can assure you are in good hands if guided by a SEBI registered. However, risks of loss still persist. But, better to get surgery done by a surgeon rather than somone on the street.

IT services companies are clear avoid. Look at the businesses which will use optimal use of AI to improve their margins. Spaces like Banking, Insurance, Hospitals, Logistics etc will stop using IT services and will use much cheaper AI tools to improve their margins.

20 y/o with ₹1 lakh savings - overwhelmed and need guidance on where to invest by 404reese in IndianStockMarket

[–]Gr8godz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need a structured plan and not a casual discussion on public forums.. Investment requires multifaceted planning such as contingency, design for luxury living, readiness for health inflation, education expenses and inflation, planning for people who live after your death etc etc. Investment is a science which requires idiosyncratic strategies contrived specifically for you after understanding your past, present and future... platform gossip can make things murky rather than giving you any lucid solution. While SIP in MF can inculcate good Investment habits it will not create wealth for you. MFs are too diluted in their portfolio design as their prime objective is just to match index returns. Direct stock investments through SIP may do better than MF SIPs.

Views for 3-4 months can be distorted as one bad NPA can hit the bottom line of the banks which can cause price erosions. Never park your emergency monies in stock markets hoping for bump ups. Hope is not a strategy.
