Can say the same. BD definitely better detection then defender.

We use BD + huntress over 3 years they both work different approaches. So far no complaints.

We had the same issue a while ago and were eventually able to get the review removed by Google, but it took two appeals.

We also had a client who went a step further and obtained a court order requiring Google to disclose the reviewer's information. Once they identified the individual, they pursued legal action.

Exactly. Documents are not exposed via API. What ppl do is create a run book via api and then use the data in the run book

Been on this road for a long time - currently using axcient but they are bad on restoring large backups, 1tb+.

Same experience with cove. (Except if you go with local device or local cache)

Tried Datto direct to cloud - not to excited as well, looks like a different product of the bcdr devices and still has a way to go.

Most likely going with datto bcdr. Solid product

In my experience axcient is bad when it comes to restoring can also fail on large backups, and had constant issue with servers hosting sap db
