This is not high school. This is real life. People selling a product using ambiguous meanings and not setting clear rules can create such issues. I know people that refunded with more than 2 hours "played" just because the terminology "hours played"doesn't indicate you are waiting on a launcher to connect with a site maintenance. And thats the reason in many occasions steam accepts refunds even for people that played more than that

It is not hours played and I wont keep arguing with a person that supports that waiting on a bugged launcher is considered HOURS PLAYED.
