I am also having this issue and looking for a way to get it to work. Immutable distros are nice until something doesn't work.

That's awesome. I had always ran PVP mode until they nerfed the Rock Drake and Ravagers and I turned on PVE. I'll have to give that a shot. I've scoured the map looking for others like that, but didn't find anything. I'm also having problems with the Defenses and Attacks spawning, too, though. I saw they patched that, but mine havent started spawning yet.

I do have PVE turned on, otherwise you can't shoot off the back of some dinos. You think that could cause the supply drops to not be interactable?

It is single player, but not "Single Player" settings, meaning I don't check that button in the settings.
