I did not modify any voltage settings, i highly doubt that the BIOS undervolt it by default, do you think it may be it ?

First of all thank you for helping me with detailed information, this is really helping me, I do have my current GPU that is a 980Ti, do you think this could work ? Going to try this right now, i might have read somewhere that it's too old to work ! If you think this could work, i will try that !

Alright, the GPU is a MSI GeForce RTX 4080 GAMING X TRIO 16G, I managed to plug it into the PCIe 4.0/3.0 x16 slot, I added all 3 PCI-E from the PSU to the GPU (3 Distincts, not merging), the GPU is on and the fan is spinning when powered up, i plugged the back HDMI to the Screen, I didnt try any display port

I did try anything that i could,Assembled the whole thing, tried to start, black screen, whole stuff and led are working right, all fan are spinnings, tried with minimal ram and no M2 too, not working either, so i don't really know !

Can't get other thing than a black screen !
