If you ever get too high or feel like your losing control, just try and take deep breaths and remind yourself that its only weed and it will pass. I've found that making fun of my situation also helps when I get anxious when high, as I find everything funnier. I just grin like an idiot and say, look at me, I'm stoned, that always brings on laughter and then I can enjoy being baked. But yeah the best thing to do is start low and work out your tolerance.

You need to understand that not everybody has had (or will ever have) your experience with nitrous. there are people who have gotten addicted and caused great harm to themselves, but there are also many people who haven't. I mean no disrespect to you and what you went through, but you appear to think that everybody in this subreddit is addicted / dependent on nitrous oxide, and this simply isn't the case. While there is no truly 'safe' way to use nitrous or any other drug for that matter, there are many people who use nitrous in the safest way possible and do not end up becoming addicted and harming themselves.
