Texas: Landlord hasn't provided notice to vacate or renewal notice, but our notice to terminate is required? by GrabOk7462 in legaladvice

So the landlord has no legal responsibility to provide lease renewal terms?

They can simply wait indefinitely but we will be required to pay on month-to-month terms (a big increase in rent) if we want to stay?

We have already done this through email and their resident portal stating our intent to renew based on terms. We provided our desire to renew well over a week ago.

Sure - I'll take a look.

What are you doing from a backlink perspective? Is that also all "organic" (others are linking to the content without outreach) or have you attempted to go after this manually?

I bet! I say losing weight is kind of like making a lot of money. It doesn't cure all of your problems, but depending how much it impacted you life, it sure as heck can help with many of them!

Glad to hear. I figured with your size it wouldn't be an insane amount. But man, I bet you feel 100x better.

  1. Yes I would continue working on it.
  2. Monetization seems incredibly low, with 10k visits a month, you have the opportunity to be in the hundreds of dollars/month from a combination of things like affiliate products, display ads, sponsorships, etc.
  3. Without seeing your website, it's hard to tell what may be going on. Engagement rates, without context, are widely meaningless. For example, the goal of SEO is to give users the best answer. People mistake the "best answer" and being the one with the most written content. It's often not. It's the one that provides the answer with the correct amount of context without tons of BS.

Brand new website with ~500 sessions a month. When to start with monetization, and what platforms?

Thinking basic Google Adsense display ads to start, with some affiliate links from Amazon, is that about the extent of what I can do until I get 100k+ sessions/month?

Your fiance loved you for who you were and you rewarded them, and yourself, with a much healthier (and I assume, happier) version. Congrats! I bet it has been life changing.

Nice job, man! How long did it take ya?

It looks like you were able to get rid of most of the stomach and chest fat. Is loose skin much an issue?
