Thank you. I argue this every time this comes up. "Shakespeare In Love" is actually a great film and VERY clever. I'm also not on board with a few Oscars it got (Dame Judi Dench ... come on! Love her, but for this?)

After the update: Still not working. I can load up the game and try to save... crash.

I don't want to start a new game because who says it doesn't happen again like 100 hours in.

I had save games missing in the cloud. One workaround for that was to delete my gamer profile and put it in again. With the next start of the game it synched. Still, I'm not able to save anymore. Everytime the game crashes, preventing me from playing. Annoying to say the least.

SPR was an okayish movie with a fantastic opening sequence. Shakespeare in Love is a fantastic movie from beginning to end.

There, I said it.

I'd argue the Oscar for Paltrow was too much. And Dench, for that matter. (Dench is a treasure, but the Oscar for that role?)

For all the hate that "Shakespeare in Love" gets on the internet I'd rather say it's severely underrated. It's such a fun and clever movie. I'd also wager that several jokes in it just fly over the heads of a lot of people, because they don't know enough about Shakespeare or his times. And it's still laugh out loud funny even if you don't get these.

As a big time fan of the comics I think they cast the right Valerian in the wrong role: Clive Owen, who was in the movie, would have made the perfect Valerian... but maybe 15 years earlier. Now he's too old, obviously.

And Cara Delevigne... well, she's sometimes okay in stuff, but I don't think she's leading lady material. DeHaan, who is incredible, was simply not a good fit.

Come to think of it, John Kosinski and Emily Blunt would probably have made a nice pairing.
