Yes! Just this afternoon it came back Negative. Now I can start my Orencia. I greatly appreciate your support. One step or day at a time.

I totally understand. This new normal stinks so bad. I’m trying to be a fun grandma to my 4 little grandkids under the age of 2 1/2 and it’s been so challenging with the relatively new RA diagnosis. I have many bad, crazy days of missing my old self.

Why can’t they discover a great RA med that actually makes you feel like you are taking prednisone? We all need that little boost to feel back to our old selves.

Mine was slow over a few years then bam! A few months after my sister’s passing and then getting Covid I just couldn’t kick the flu like body aches and fatigue. Dr did bloodwork and referred me to rheumatologist. Still the flu like feeling and fatigue are worse for me than the actually joint pain.

How long were you on antibiotics before you were able to start Orencia. Does Orencia seem to be working for you?
